Dr. Sherrie Bourg Carter

Dr. Bourg Carter is co-director of IBSL and managing partner of the practice. She is licensed as a psychologist in both Florida and North Carolina. She is the author of numerous professional publications, including several books and articles on the topic of child witnesses.
